Gorgeous vintage pencil skirt circa the 1980s or 1990s. Black velvet with a broomstick texture and slit up the center back. The waistband is a wide pleated cummerbund style. Zipper at the back. Labels reads: Flamingo and lets us know its 100% rayon and a size 5/6, but do see measurements below.

Excellent vintage condition. I haven't found anything worth noting.

Waist to bottom hem: 36.5"
